Construction

Roof
Load-bearing system of galvanized steel profile’s roof, is covered by natural galvanized corrugated steel sheet. Paint
Hekim silicone paint is used for exterior wall surface. Hekim plastic paint is used for interior wall surface. Optional - Satin paint - Patine paint
Insulation
HekimPor (EPS) is used for insulation of wall panels. Matress glasswool is use for insulation of roof. Optional Wall - Glasswool - Rockwool Roof - Rockwool
Doors
Exterior doors are galvanized steel with cylinder lock. Interior doors are MDF-Laminated Optional Exterior door - Aluminium - Steel - PVC - Fireproof door Interior doors - Aluminium - American door (Steel sheet or wooden frame) - PVC - Fireproof door
Windows

Electrical Installation
Electrical installation consists of lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, cables – cable channels, fuses – fusebox and circuit breaker. The installation is surface mounted. Sanitary Installation
Sanitary installation consist of wall mounted ceramic washbasin, acrylic shower tray, plastic WC with flush tank and 50 x 100 cm kitchen cupboard with chrome sink. Installation is surface mounted.
